How it works

Balenco can control the design updates and implementation required for your products continual improvement. We understand that all products have to improve to ensure you stay ahead of your competitors.
We will update and up issue your drawings, and also implement these changes with our suppliers. We will then organise your samples for approval and continue to address any issues along the way up until you are happy to sign the product off.
This ensures a faster more direct line of information to avoid any miscommunication.
Alternatively Balenco can also visit your customers site acting on behalf of your company to get the information direct and report back to yourselves with all progress. This means that we can respond fast to your customers requirements to ensure they get a service that is second to none.

We are more than willing to sign confidentiality agreements to show our commitment to being honourable to your company and ensure all parties are happy with this interaction.
Balenco will then continue to liaise with your customer to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the product and service.
